Altra + Chamonix recap 🔂

I had a lovely few days in Chamonix with @altrarunning @altrarunning_europe during UTMB finals week. Packed quite a lot including participating in a panel on women in running, trail and ultra-running alongside elite athletes Eevi Bengs and Adriana Moser, nutritionist Nouchka Simic and Altra Head of Product Costanza Campos. It was such a pleasure to share the panel with them and hear about their experiences and perspectives

We covered a lot, from body confidence to safety, women’s elite sport, designing products that actually meet women’s needs, and the evolution of UTMB’s platform for women in trail running.

Big thanks to Altra for having me, and to everyone on the panel for such an open and inspiring discussion and for any one that swung by to tune in.
