Pari päivää lonkan tähystyksestä toivuttu! 🩼 Pinne poistettiin ja positiivinen yllätys oli se, että labrum olikin ehjä (toisin kuin magneettikuvat antoi ymmärtää). Vastapainoksi reisiluun pään rustopinnasta löytyi tarkkarajainen, vaikea-asteinen rustovaurio. Nyt kuitenkin focuksena on keskittyä siihen, mihin pystyy ite vaikuttamaan, eli olemaan riittävän rauhassa näin alkuun. 🩵 Täytyy sanoa, että aika taitaa kullata muistot (toinen puoli operoitu 2018), sillä en muistanukkaa kuinka hirveetä tää on. 😆 Rehellisesti sanottuna lonkka on aiva v**un kipiä. Tarvin kaikessa apua ja lonkassa on välillä tunne, niinku se irtoais kuopastaan. 🥲 Nyt vaaditaan vaan malttia ja kärsivällisyyttä. Eiköhän tästä vielä päästä jaloilleen, kirjaimellisesti. 🩼😂😘 #hiparthroscopy
