We’re teaming up with @fleetfeetnashville to give you a sneak peek at the Run Nash @nashvillehalf and 5K course!

Date: Saturday, October 3
Time: 6:30A
Location: Bicentennial Mall State Park (near the roundabout- 🅿️: please carpool or utilize farmer market & street parking)

Training for the half marathon? Another fall race? Or just looking for some Saturday morning miles with a great crew? Great news- ANYONE is welcome! Come get familiar with the course, meet fellow runners, and build some race-day confidence! PS: We will have pace groups to help you crush it!

And because miles and tacos = a pretty great Saturday… 🌮 @ladybirdtaco will be fueling us after you get back! We’ll also have some fun pre and post run activities to hang out, create, and connect.

Morning sunlight with core work ☀️ And as usual, my @1stphorm Phormula-1 shake follows. I’ve been using this protein for years, and one of the reasons it’s remained a staple in my routine is how convenient it is. Especially on mornings when I want something quick, light, and easy to get down before moving on with my day. For those wanting to try the core session, here’s the full workout: 1. Reverse Crunch 3 × 10-12 2. Lateral Mountain Climbers 3 × 10/side 3. Boat Crunches 3 × 12–15 4. Bear Plank Twist 3 × 10/side 5. 360 clock crunch 3 x circles/side Remember, core training is about more than just completing repetitions. Pay attention to how you’re controlling each movement and challenge yourself to maintain that control throughout the set. Save this workout for later!
