Not every transformation is about becoming bigger, leaner or stronger. Sometimes it’s about growing into a different version of yourself. ✨ Bodybuilding gave me discipline, resilience and memories I’ll always carry with me. I loved competing, I loved the stage, and I’ll always be proud of that chapter of my life. But life evolves, and so do we. Today, 3 years off stage, I’m building something different, living differently and feeling better than ever. Different chapter. Same person. New perspective. Dm for online coaching or link in bio
