This year, we will observe National Latina Equal Pay Day on October 8, 2026. Since this campaign was launched more than 10 years ago, millions of people have moved to action to sound the alarm and call for change.
As a part of the campaign, we honor individuals who embody this year’s campaign theme, “Power.Pay.Progress.” The next group of leaders we honor build power among working people, advance financial wellness, grow wealth, address disparities, and share critical information with the community about a range of topics from entrepreneurship to home ownership and improving workplace rights, as well as policies.
