Just a mental health morning working on my art. Some of you make not know but after I quit photography I started working on children’s books and graphic novels. Both books and photography are my ways of expression and staying sane in this wild world. I’m just tapping to my inner childhood every time I get to create and share a little bit of magic through art.

BORN FROM CULTURE | Armenia 🇦🇲

For this chapter, we wanted every frame to feel unmistakably Armenian.

Mount Ararat. Khachkar carving. Lavash made by hand. Armenian ballet. Ancient textiles, traditional movement and symbols that have carried meaning for generations.

Christianity is deeply woven into Armenian identity, from its ancient churches and monasteries to the stone crosses carved into khachkars. Armenia was the first nation to adopt Christianity as a state religion, and that history is still visible everywhere.

We went deep into the details for this film, including UNESCO-recognized traditions, centuries-old crafts and cultural references that only make sense because of where we were. Nothing was chosen by accident.

Thank you to everyone who opened their doors, shared their history, their craft and their culture with us.
