At Lil Koffeteria, creativity and culture have always been at the heart of the menu. 🥐❤️
Founded seven years ago, the bakery celebrates Houston's diverse food scene and co-founder Vanarin's Cambodian heritage. More recently, a personal health journey inspired the team to explore a new direction: creating more diabetes-conscious baked goods.
After Vanarin's diabetes diagnosis, the team began looking at ways to make their pastries more accessible to customers navigating similar health challenges, while continuing to deliver the creative flavors they're known for.

I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ JP from Miami. I hear you I have Diabetes too used to be Pastry Chef got into an accident but he can beat it. Yes I have pastries too. I do I cut the sugar completely and I have a little bit that’s for regular people and I came out with some things that doesn’t have also but people seem to complain that my stuff and not sweet enough and some people say man they’re not too sweet and I like it. I love that I love to come to your bakery in Houston heads up be careful.
