Today’s StrongHER was about more than just a workout. We showed up, challenged ourselves, and celebrated the strength of women while honoring Breast Cancer Awareness Month. 🎀

My favorite part of coaching will always be the community we’re building. Women showing up for themselves, encouraging one another, and growing stronger together. 🫶🏼
