One of the oldest #vegan restaurants is back. @redbamboonyc recently closed in Greenwich Village after 24 years, but they quickly opened a new takeout-focused space on West 38th Street, with a few tables and a limited menu featuring their most popular dishes. Theyโ€™ll grow the menu over time. Visit the new Red Bamboo in Midtown West.
