Room to spread out, line everything up and actually get on with the job without moving five things out of the way first.

Now, I can’t promise you’ll be producing a showstopper every week, but having enough prep space makes everyday cooking a whole lot easier.

It’s one of the things I think about when designing every kitchen. Because a kitchen needs to work just as well on a Tuesday evening as it does on Bake Off. 😉
