the big sister advice I wish I had at 14 that took me till 34 to figure out 😂. I’ve watched enough of my friends go through this, alongside myself and I FINALLY get it now. The lesson has finally clicked for me so I’m hoping by me sharing this v real truth it lands for my girlies who needed to hear it too. 🙏🏻✨🤍 You’re CHOOSING unnecessary suffering, why not just choose a partner who can meet you instead? You deserve to be met, you’re worthy of everything you desire - ILY 🤍🫶
I know you think you want that person to see you, acknowledge you and recognize you… but what if all along your soul was just trying to get you to finally see, acknowledge and recognize yourself? The whole idea being proud of yourself is a negative thing is bs. I’ve lived my whole life subconsciously wanting others to recognize and be proud of me when really I just needed to be proud of myself and OWN it. I know I create massive change and impact in peoples lives and that deserves to be celebrated. I think little Carly is finally seeing herself for the first time and all of the amazing impact I’ve created and all I’ve done that I said I was going to do, and that deserves to be honoured… by me, for me. + little you needs you to do the same 🤍
If you’ve been through struggles, trials, tribulations and hardships these last few years with lesson after lesson please hear me when I say your life is about to get SO good. You prayed for this, worked for this and you DESERVE all of the goodness that is coming to you for your life 🙏🏻🤍✨🫶

RJ Mitte once shared an important reminder about mental health. ❤️ His message encourages people to check in on those around them and ask, “How are you really?” because sometimes, a genuine conversation can mean more than we realize. 🫂 Following the news of his passing, it’s a reminder to reach out, listen and let the people in your life know they don’t have to face things alone. ❤️ Via: @rjmitte #Pubity #MentalHealth #CheckIn #YouAreNotAlone

Turkey's most-watched pro-opposition news channel, Halk TV, has been taken over by a government-appointed trustee after a police raid. The move raises fresh concerns about a wider crackdown on press freedom – and how much space remains to criticize President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his government ahead of the 2028 elections. #DWNews

This is a principle I’ve lived by my entire career as an entrepreneur and investor. Many managers think that if they give their number out to their employees, they may call. The truth is you want to hear from them. You want to hear the bad news first. What I found is the more people I give this number to, the less it rings. I want them to have this access because I respect them, and I want them to know that they can come to me. And in that trust, I find that most people never use it.
