I’m honored to share this new version of my painting ‘I Know He Holds You Among The Stars.’ Over the past year since I painted this piece, I have received many, many requests to create a version where the Savior is holding an angel baby, and the parents are holding another baby that is with them on earth. I’m very happy to share this new piece with you, and hope that it helps many of you feel seen this month. As October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness month, it felt like the perfect time to create this new version.

One of my favorite details in this painting is the monarch butterfly flying near the parents. In many cultures, butterflies symbolize the spirits of loved ones who have passed on. I included this detail to remind those who are waiting to be reunited with their angel babies, that their baby’s spirit is always, always with them. My other favorite detail is that both parents have their hands on their angel baby while simultaneously holding their baby who is with them on earth. Love stretches through the veil and connects us with our loved ones. They are never truly lost to us, always with us. I hope that this painting helps anyone who has an angel baby in heaven feel their spirit with them always.

This print is now available on my website and 25% off all month long in honor of Pregnancy And Infant Loss Awareness month. Use code ‘ANGEL’ at checkout 🩷🩵

I love this I’m here with my surviving twin who is nearly 3 months old now and we lost her twin around 11 weeks. I’m grateful I got to see them and their heartbeat at 8weeks but I’m still processing the loss and this is such a beautiful picture

I had my rainbow baby 10 months ago. Seeing this picture helps my heart. The past year and a half i have felt so many conflicting emotions as I have been pregnant and now have my baby. The whole array of emotions is felt all of the time, I'm so grateful for my rainbow and still so immensely sad that her brother isn't here and feeling the hole in our family where he should be. Knowing that he is being taken care of until I can be with him again is such a comfort.

Empathy is a crazy thing. How does my (single woman no kids) heart hurt and instant tears fill my eyes seeing this? 😭❤️‍🩹 I pray all families that have gone through this find peace knowing their babies are safe with Jesus.

I bought an ornament last year to remember our first baby Emery. Now we have rainbow twins earth side. I love this painting, any chance you would make one with the parents holding twins?
