More, more, more. The lighting hasn’t been complimentary over the past few days, but I like this little grouping. It represents a bit of all the basics: slab work, coiling, wheel work and a combination thereof, plus dark stone, pro stone, white sculpting and two types of porcelain (HHP & English) clay bodies and a whole host of glaze types (shino, celadon, ash...). Some of these pieces were fired in the wood only chamber; Others were fired in the soda chamber. While some pieces may be headed for a refiring to make the glazes more punchy (🤞🏻), believe me when I say this photo doesn’t do them justice.

The last photo is a good example of a happy accident. It wasn’t intended to be a wall vase until I dropped my table vase on it’s side while still wet. 😜 Some things like to dictate their own purpose. #pec #thecounty #princeedwardcounty
