We swapped the boardroom for a pumpkin patch, grabbed lunch at The Patch Brewery, and yes, paper bags were involved. 😄 Between the laughs, we made time for internal training too, because learning together is better when you’re also having fun.

Here’s what I love about this: when you surround yourself with like-minded people, the work gets better and so does the day. Growth, trust, and good conversation happen when we make space for them.

So grateful to collaborate with people who bring their whole selves, big smiles and paper bag faces included.
