A community of just a few hundred people calls Anaa home.

For generations, the lagoon has provided food, opportunity, and a way of life. That relationship is easy to see in the way people interact with the ocean and with each other.

Spend time on the island and you are likely to be met with a smile, a story, or an invitation to share a meal.

The fishery may bring visitors to Anaa, but getting to know the people who live here offers a much better understanding of the place.
