Happy Halloween from the lifeguards! ❤️🤍 Joshua went to the pool sooooo much this summer and loved the lifeguards with their whistles and fanny packs, so he was very very excited to be one for Halloween! 👻 He had the best time trick or treating also! Holidays with kids are the BEST! 🥰

2x600- 1:53.35, 1:53.23 1x300- 51? Pushed the wrong button on my watch Can I just say I’m so thankful I don’t have to do 600s again this season 😅☠️ although is it a little weird that I’m tempted to do them one more time and see if I can run them faster?! 🤣🫠 really happy with this overall! My legs were def tired after that first one and to be able to hold exact pace and then finish with a speedy ish 300! 🏃🏻‍♀️🔥💕 Was hoping for a 49 hehe but I’ll take it after 2 fast 600s! Happy Wednesday!! 😘 #trackgirl #trackathlete #400mrunner #sprinter #usatfmasters
Best way to start the week! 🥳 hill sprints and heavy squats! 🏃🏻‍♀️🔥💪🏽💕 I love love working hard on a Monday and starting the week strong!! Plus the fam came and met me which makes it that much sweeter 🥰 AND we had our first coolish morning!! 71° feels a million times better than 78° haha! Happy Monday!! 😘 #runnergirl #hillsprints #motherrunner #postpartumrunning #mondaymotivaton
What a day!!! I wasn’t sure what my 400m time would be but oh my gosh I couldn’t be happier!!! 🥹 1:02.95 🏃🏻‍♀️💕 Not even 8 months postpartum yet and getting close to 60 seconds.. in freakin October!!! 🔥 and I felt so good and strong too.. like I def pushed, but I know I have more in me! Then got to run the 4x1 with my girlies @mandypena1 @ximena_77 @_nataliepw and 4x4 with @championshipfit and @_nataliepw @shreveportspeed we had so so much fun! Thanks @trackratsprintclub for putting on a fun, competitive, and well run event!!!
Just a little little run this morning 🏃🏻‍♀️💕 My foots definitely feeling better, but I can still feel it, so I didn’t do my normal max effort sprints. I got in a warmup, a few strides, and 3x50m sprints but at 85% effort! Also doing all the things like exercises, stretching, and rolling! This is a good reminder to keep up with all those little things.. I’ve always been good about doing all my mobility and keeping my feet strong, but not gonna lie, I’ve def dropped off with life just being go go go with 2 littles and trying to fit in all my training! BUT I’m making a commitment to stay on top of the little things daily that make a big difference! 💯 Happy Monday! 😘 #runnergirl #instarunners #runningcommunity #motherrunner #postpartumrunning
Just a beautiful Friday morning and easy little run + strides 🏃🏻‍♀️💕 Thankful to have gotten out there this morning and looking forward to the track tomorrow! Happy Friday! 😘 #runnergirl #runningcommunity #instarunners #motherrunner
So I developed some plantar fasciitis after running in my aggressive nike spikes 2ish weeks ago. It was VERY manageable until this last Saturday where it was pretty bad and hurt to even walk. These are all the things I started immediately doing and it’s made the biggest difference! I would say my foot feels 90% better after only 4 days! Also a good reminder.. do these things before there is an issue 😅 I’m usually good at prehab, but it’s def not been my strongest the last few months, but I’m committed to keeping up with these things! 💯 ✅ Short foot exercise ✅ Ankle/foot ABCs ✅ Banded ankle work ✅ Calf stretch ✅ Towel scrunches ✅ Scraping @sidekicktool ✅ Toe spacers @spacersmobility ✅ Red light @lumeboxpro
tis the season.. 🎄
