Hello November! 🍂❤️
A new month, a fresh page and a little reminder to myself.
No perfectionism. No comparing my journey to anyone else’s. No negative self-talk. No putting unnecessary pressure on myself.
19 months with Audrey the Third and 11 stone 10.4lbs down.
I’m getting closer to that 12-stone milestone, but I’m not putting a deadline on it. My next big milestone is my two-year surgery anniversary in April, and I’ll see where this journey takes me.
For now, I’ll keep showing up, looking after myself and enjoying the life I’m building.
Progress isn’t always about what the scales say. Sometimes it’s about everything else you’ve gained along the way. ❤️🌈
