Grateful for my brother in arms

Today’s workout:
-Bench press 3x8 (115kg’s)
-Press ups 3x20
-Seated Press 3x10
-BB skull crushers, Plate Lat Raises 3x10 each
-BW reverse Skull Crushers, close grip push-ups on Bar 3x15 each

Burner:
-20,15,10,5 Cal Assault bike Intervals
-400m run between each Bike interval
