Very Mure-ish,
Pretty spot on description(in pun form of course) for some of the most delicious liqueurs ever.

I was first introduced to these guys when I moved back to Australia from the UK and began working at @blackbargrill with @mcchiem and was literally blown away by the range of flavours they produce and you bet as a young bartender this was my shortcut to be able to experiment and go crazy with all the combinations under the sun.

Anyway this little number uses the Massenez Creme de Mure, my goto to add a bit more depth to a drink. Accompanied by quandong, lemon verbena, acids and bubbles.

Big big big food day with @marcy.angelone around Napoli central. Trying all the greats and some old favourites before I exploded. Espresso at Caffe Gambrinus, pizza fritta at Sorbillo, star pizza with ricotta stuffed crust at Atillio, pasta at Nennella, pistachio gelato at Mennella.
Boom 💥

Being on holiday means missing family, friends and jiu jitsu training. Lucky I found @onamijiujitsu here in Napoli reminds me of being back home with @mybjj except training in 35 degrees with no air-con. These guys are absolute machines and some of the toughest rolling I’ve ever had.
Thanks to Professor Renato for letting me drop in and say hi and leave about 10kg of sweat on the mats. See you guys soon I hope!
