🍊✨ 40 DAYS OF SELF-LOVE ✨🍊

I recently completed a 40-day juice fast — and what surprised me most was that the journey became about so much more than what I was consuming. It became about how I was choosing to love, honor, and care for myself. 🌈

🌈 I went deeper within myself and discovered that the love I was searching for had been there all along.

🍊 I became more mindful of my everyday choices — what I consume, what I allow into my life, and what I radiate out into the world.

🍓 I learned to say no without guilt, and to stop sacrificing myself simply for the sake of others.

🍍 I experienced incredible energy and felt more connected to myself than I have in a long time.

🍋 I had no asthma symptoms throughout the entire 40 days, which was an especially meaningful part of the experience for me.

🥭 Most importantly, I felt deeply aligned with the way I want to live — consciously, intentionally, and with greater love for myself and the life I’ve been given.

💚 I’m incredibly grateful to @_gillianberry and @jonny_juicer ,whose journeys and inspiration helped carry me through some of the more difficult days. Thank you for sharing your experiences so openly and inspiring others to keep going. 🍊🙏

The deeper I dive into myself, the more I realize that I am that precious person in my own life who deserves my love, my care, and my attention. 💛

Here’s to continuing to learn how to love myself — more deeply, more honestly, and every single day. 🌈🍊🍓✨
