To imagine someone creating music like this decades ago, writing songs that felt so honest, so timeless, and producing them with such originality, is nothing short of remarkable.
Long before streaming, algorithms, and viral trends, @officialluckyali was making music that connected with people on a deeply personal level.
Music that doesn’t just survive time, it grows with it. Maybe there really was something special about the ‘90s. Or maybe it’s simply that timeless music never goes out of style.
Here’s to the legendary Lucky Ali, whose songs continue to find a place in our hearts, no matter what decade we’re in.

Last night at Meenkulathi Bagavathi Temple for their Utsav 2026, a celebration the temple hosts only once every few years, and I truly cannot put into words what an honour it was to be part of it. More than an event, it felt like one of the greatest blessings of my life.

Everyone who knows me knows how deeply spirituality moves me, and to sing in the presence of The Goddess herself felt incredibly emotional and divine. It made me realise something so beautiful - no matter what life places upon us, the moment the lights come on, we must rise with grace, give our all, and remain grateful for every opportunity we are chosen for. The show must go on, and so must faith.

We’ve visited this temple many times as devotees, and I can wholeheartedly say this - whatever you surrender to her with honesty, she returns in abundance. There is something so powerful about the energy here… not just of the temple, but of its people too. The warmth, kindness, hospitality and love we received will stay with us forever.

Thank you for having us, for embracing us, and for making this experience so unforgettable. 🌸🙏🏼

And my deepest love to my boys for standing beside me through it all @the_perspectives_band @showflo.live @philipthomas.live @santhosh4224 @dd_media_ @timothyvanderputt @hemanth_mukundan @gnd_shyam 🌸🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 by @philipthomas.live

@swarathma formed in 2002 is one of India’s most powerful independent voices, blending Indian folk traditions with contemporary rock to create music that is raw, and deeply rooted. Some of the people in the crowd were as old as the band.
More than a performance, a Swarathma set is a shared experience where storytelling takes precedence over polish, and the crowd becomes part of the voice.
In an ecosystem where longevity is rare for independent artists, Swarathma stand as a benchmark of unwavering in purpose, fearless in expression, and committed to change, and justice.

I feel blessed to be surrounded by the people I get to work with. Life’s taken a shape I never could’ve predicted. But the process, the faith & the grind that’s what’s kept me going.
It’s only by God’s grace that I’ve come this far and by that same grace, I’ll keep going.

Some rare moments from the madness captured by the amazing folks who happened to catch me in my element.
Big love to @rohanjhnsn @rithvik.ar and @team_umedjadeja for these frames from the shows.

Moments from Jaipur & Delhi unfiltered, in between the madness.
Somewhere between soundchecks, flights, and side-stage stillness, I’m reminded why I do what I do.

“ARRIVAL OF THE ETHEREAL” @agamtheband
Standing as a testament to their visionary approach and genre-defying brilliance, the new album has fused the timeless depth of Carnatic music with the explosive energy of progressive rock and metal.

Earlier this month, I got to co-organize something truly special — probably the first-ever in Bangalore (maybe even India) dedicated to celebrating some of the finest guitarists in town.
Teamed up with @gigital.in & @niveditha_ode_linda to bring @lettherebeguitarblr to life & what better time than Guitar Month (April) to make it happen. taken in Bangalore, India by @philipthomas.live
