Syksyn Retreat in the City -viikonloppu on täällä❣️

Me @pilatesbylindalep & @pilatesbymetta järjestetään jälleen ihana viikonloppu täynnä pilatesta (matto & reformer), barrea, hyvää ruokaa sekä kehoa ja mieltä palauttavia harjoituksia.

Syksyn retriitin teemana on Autumn reset, jossa hidastetaan hetkeksi, kerätään energiaa pimeneviin iltoihin ja annetaan aikaa sekä keholle että mielelle palautua🤎

Retriitti järjestetään la–su 31.10.–1.11.2026 meille jo tutuksi tulleella ja kodinomaisella @k17.yoga studiolla Ullanlinnassa.

Viikonlopun ohjelmassa on paljon liikettä sekä ihania workshopeja. Lauantaina päästään valmistamaan oma amulettikoru @amulettikivikorut workshopissa, rentoudutaan Deep Yin -harjoituksessa ja nautitaan yhteinen syysillallinen.

Sunnuntaina suunnataan Uunisaareen saunomaan ja pulahtamaan mereen, jonka jälkeen nautitaan brunssi. Iltapäivällä opitaan Gua Shan saloja workshopissa ja täristään Barre Shake -tunnilla.

Paikat olivat ennakkomyynnissä meidän yhteisölle, joten oohan nopea, yli puolet paikoista on jo varattu⚡️

Summer vacations are over and it’s time to plan your winter trips? I got you!

Our Arctic Escape in Lapland is now live & early bird price is valid until end of November ❄️

For five days, we’ll embrace everything winter has to offer. During the days, we’ll head out on a snowmobile safari, enjoy a Finnish sauna and outdoor hot tub, explore the beautiful Arctic nature and spend plenty of time simply enjoying being together. And if we’re lucky, we may even get to witness one of Lapland’s most magical sights: the Northern Lights.

We’ve also kept one day mostly free, so you can enjoy Lapland in your own way. Whether that means hitting the ski slopes, wandering around Levi Village, going for a winter walk or simply staying cosy at the villa with a good book, the choice is yours.

Whether you’re travelling solo or with a friend or partner, you’ll be welcomed into a relaxed and supportive group. No previous Pilates experience is needed.

Our Pilates & yoga retreat in Portugal is waiting for you. For six days, we’ll settle into the slow rhythm of Ericeira. We’ll move, eat, explore and create together. Ah Ericeira, you little cutie 🩵

The dreamy little fishing village is less than an hour from Lisbon. Ericeira is full of amazing restaurants, cute cafés and little shops, long beaches and golden sunsets.

It’s funny, that the moment you step into town, you can feel yourself slowing down. Especially after coming from Lisbon or other cities. I love wandering through the white and blue streets, it somehow puts you straight into holiday mode.

The town is full of friendly people, beauty around every corner, and that probably is the reason why so many who came for just a visit live here now. And that happened to me too 😇
