Tips for our Portugal Pilates & Yoga retreat part 1 |
🧡 Lisbon

Probably the cutest capital in Europe is less than an hour away from our retreat town, Ericeira. Lisbon is full of charming streets, cafés, shops, restaurants, sights, and beautiful architecture. Who doesn’t love just strolling around the colorful streets and spotting the tile art (azulejos) on every house?

The city is also famous for its food, so a fair warning: your belly will be full of sweet treats and savory delights!

Compact Lisbon is perfect for a day trip or a longer stay. If you’re traveling to Portugal for the retreat, we recommend spending a couple of days in Lisbon either before or after our week together. Or, if you’re on a tight schedule, we have plenty of free time during the retreat, making a quick day trip super easy!

You can hop on a bus from Ericeira to Lisbon for less than €5, or take an Uber for around €40. We will help you with everything and if you need any tips, we’re here for you 🧡

ENGLISH: So this is where life wanted to take me.

The Universe will never give you peace in something that you were never meant to settle in.

I was on the wrong path and it was painful. Painful in that sense that my body got sick and I went through a breakup from an eleven years long relationship. When it happened I wondered, what’s wrong with me, how could I have not seen this coming?

Today I know it was meant to happen. In order for me to grow, be redirected and help others to heal❤️

If you’re going through something painful rn, just know that there’s light on the other side, and a much happier, freer version of yourself is waiting for you. I know that.
