anchor bar, buffalo:

pilgrimage twenty plus years in the making. sailor, soldier, bar fly, and lover of buffalo wings. that spicy salty bar food born in upstate new york. slathered in sauce with some rub but no tug. dunked in blue cheese dressing, because if they dip it in ranch they barely eat pussy and definitely not ass. wash it down with labatt blue in honor of the canucks that put us up in their churches, fraternal halls, and houses that tragic september day. listen to the limey chat up a southern belle while locals talk about their lives and some bullshit on the news. motorcycles, patches, license plates, and pictures everywhere. everything you want a legend to be. diving under the bar is a great place for me. #poetry #poem #poet #poetsofınstagram #buffalowings taken in The Original Anchor Bar - Buffalo by @plovtopia
