Buzzer Beatdown yesterday after the storms passed! I had a pretty good day punching grass till I saw one blow up on the bank. One cast with the buzz and had 3 bigs follow it all the way to the trolling motor. The next 10 or so casts after that it was madness. Sounded like a gunshot when they ate it. Had my fun then it was over as quickly as it started taken in Lake LBJ by @pondbass

Camp Bass ‘26 is a wrap! It’s always the highlight of my year coming to Fork to guide these young hammers. It was one of the hottest years I can remember for camp but man did the kids catch em! This is year number 11 I’ve come back to help out. Camp bass made such an impact on me when I was a camper over 15 years ago. I would not be where I am today without the great people that make this camp possible🤘🏻

Next year is the 20th anniversary of camp and we’re going BIG. We are always looking for more guides and companies to get involved with helping the next generation of bass anglers

This week is always so much fun getting to see so many friends from all over the country. I can not wait till next year!

CAMP BASS ‘26 is a wrap! Helping out with this camp is always the highlight of my year. It was one of the hottest years out of the 11 years I’ve been guiding these kids but man did they catch em. Always a blast seeing so many good friends and building up the next generation of bass anglers. Next year we are going BIG for the 20th year. Super frickin windy day out there today but they were angy. I can confidently say I caught one of the fattest bass I’ve ever caught today. Also got a stud Guadalupe. Couldn’t make my big ones eat after chasing them into 100 feet of water but I’ll be back after em soon! taken in Lakeway, Texas by @pondbass

Got my salt water fix a couple days ago with @catchingdinosaurs

We overnighted in the bay and caught a mixed bag of everything. Bull reds, spinner sharks, bull sharks, a blacktip shark, and the absolute biggest southern stingray I’ve ever seen (king sea flap flap 🥞)

Got off the boat on one hour of sleep and decided to wade around on a flat for a few hours before driving home and lucked into another nice over slot bull red🤘🏻

Got on a hot lure bite with multiple big gator gar. Also caught a river unicorn, my biggest ever hybrid gar! We’re going home with sore arms, broken rods, bent hooks, and slimed clothes. Can’t beat it!! taken in Houston, Texas by @pondbass
