Here at Nuffield Health we run a free 12 week joint pain programme to help you get your body back on track to be physical and operational once again.
-
The course is about learning what is beneficial but also enjoyable for the body. Unlike most fitness journeys where you’d get given a script to read off, here we let you write the script yourself With the help of our incredible rehabilitation specialists giving you numerous options on finding out what’s fun to do and what you’d replicate in your own routine to work towards being pain free.
