Trans rights are human rights - thank you Newcastle for showing up for our community.

The QJC team went along to snap some shots of Queer rage, rather than Queer joy, today.

Our community is strong, our community is loving. Our community stands up against transphobia.

To our trans siblings - we see you, we love you, we’ll continue to show up and fight for you 🏳️‍⚧️🩵🩷🤍🩷🩵

New year, same message : Clothes don’t have a gender.

Here are some of the amazing @newcastleravens (joined by @amylangdown_ ‘s dog, Bonny) all glammed up, to reiterate the messages we all need to hear : boys can wear dresses too, if it fits on a body, it’s for anybody, euphoria is gender neutral, dresses are for everybody and I will wear what I want.

QJC was created to incite and spread Queer Joy. But nobody is free until everyone is free, and the genocide in Palestine is saddening for us all. We reject the narrative that Israel’s actions will liberate queer people in the region.

As one of the signs on the @nclapartheidoffcampus encampment on Newcastle University campus says, there is ‘no pride in genocide’. What the apartheid state of Israel is doing to Palestine and Palestinians is NOT in our name.

No individual struggle can be overcome when another group of people is being subjected to what Palestinians are currently being subjected to.

The thing Queer Palestinians are most at danger from is Israeli bombs.

Trans and queer people against genocide. Geordies against genocide.

Here are some more gorgeous solo shots of this glorious bunch serving face 👄

There have been so many amazing shots from our @newcastleravens glam shoot, it’s been almost impossible to choose which to share.
We’re nearing the end of the lot, and had to share these VOGUE worthy scenes.
