This transformation isn’t just physical. It’s every early morning I didn’t want to get up, every meal I chose with intention, every time I reminded myself why I started.
I’m not ‘lucky.’ I’m consistent. I’m proud. And if you’re reading this thinking you’ll never get there — you will. Start messy. Start tired. Start scared. Just start. Because one day, your ‘before’ photo will be your biggest motivation. 💪✨

Open 26.1 is done. @emilianomoralese was there guiding and pushing me all the way through. I wanted more but happy and grateful with the outcome!

More to come!

Out of eggs? No problem. The chickens took the day off, so here’s the laziest high-protein breakfast you’ll ever make.

1½ cups 0% Greek yogurt
½ scoop chocolate protein powder, stirred in
½ cup Farmgirl cinnamon crisps
7 walnuts (yes, I counted)

Chocolate and cinnamon: basically a churro!

2 minutes. About 50g protein.
If I can make this half-asleep before coffee, so can you.

If you’re waiting to feel motivated before going to the gym, you might be waiting a while.

Trust me, I still have days where I negotiate with myself like I’m trying to close a real estate deal.

Here’s the thing. You don’t need to love every workout. You don’t even need to want to go.

You just need to show up often enough that consistency becomes stronger than your excuses.

And nine times out of ten, you’ll walk out feeling a whole lot better than when you walked in.

Motivation is great when it shows up. Discipline is what gets the job done when it doesn’t.

And yes, even your coach has to argue with himself sometimes.

Winter is coming!!! I have three nonnegotiables to keep me feeling my best during the colder months

• Vitamins, to support my immune system, energy and overall wellness

• Working out, to boost my mood, maintain my energy and keep my body strong

• Water, to stay hydrated, support digestion and keep my skin healthy

Nothing complicated, just three simple habits that make a big difference, consistency is everything 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Go out. Have fun. Try to make decent food choices.

And if the night somehow ends with you absolutely destroying one or two McDonald’s cheeseburgers… 🍔🍔

RELAX. You haven’t ruined your life. 😂

No guilt. No self-loathing. No dramatic speech about starting fresh on Monday.

You ate a cheeseburger. You didn’t commit a federal crime.

Here’s the deal: The 90/10 rule.

Eat well 90% of the time, and leave 10% for enjoying life without obsessing over every bite.

One burger, one night out, or one indulgent meal isn’t going to undo months of consistency.

The trick? Your very next meal is back to business as usual. No starving yourself, no punishment cardio, no guilt.

Because progress isn’t about being perfect. It’s about what you do consistently.

That’s how you build a lifestyle you can actually live with. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

Be honest… has the pantry monster gotten you this past week? 🦝 Drop a 🙋‍♂️ if you’ve eaten cereal out of the box standing up. No judgment, I’ve been there….many times over the years

DM me your answer and send you five high-protein easy to make lunches that are well balanced between 400 and 600 calories

I ate the box of cereal and some 🍫chocolate! by @raddadwod

Late night.
Tired.
No energy or motivation today.
But I still gotta get s$&t done.
Simple , easy and quick egg toast that hits all the macros. Not perfectly balanced but better than a muffin or eating nothing at all.

Do you make a simple breakfast on Sunday?
