POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
For the past few months, we’ve been working with @Prada on the experience and interaction design for 5 vitrines within the new Secret Passage at Prada Galleria in Milan, connecting the Prada Uomo and Donna stores.

For each vitrine, we developed a specific interactive response around the object or archival story, using sensing, light, movement and creative technology.

The idea was never to make the technology the thing you notice first. The passage still needed to work as a route through the store, so we wanted the vitrines to feel quiet at first and reveal more only when someone chose to slow down and look.

If you walk straight past, you simply see the beautifully curated vitrines. But when you approach, pause or stop to look, new layers begin to reveal themselves, rewarding your attention with interactions that add to the stories on display.

The technology itself stays out of sight, so the objects and their stories remain at the centre of the experience.

More soon on the 5 vitrines, the stories behind them and how we developed the interactions.

For @moncler’s “Have a Puffy Summer” campaign in Seoul, we translated the collection into a temporary underwater world designed to be experienced physically and socially at the same time.

Across two floors, inflatable sea creatures, moving light, sound and spatial storytelling turned the pop-up into an environment visitors could move through, photograph and interact with.

From the oversized octopus wrapping around the facade to the shifting underwater reflections inside, the space explored how brand worlds can extend beyond display into atmosphere and participation.

What if a building behaved like one body?

A few years ago, for the global launch of @Chanel’s J12 watch, we created a scenography that connected light, sound, scent and film throughout its Place Vendôme flagship in Paris.

Across the boutique, the voices of Chanel’s muses shared childhood memories, each ending with a specific time of day. A sentence like “It’s noon” triggered changes throughout the space, from lighting and sound to the films on screen and even movement in the water.

In the Grand Salon, the real view onto Place Vendôme was replaced by a digital simulation. Daylight shifted, shadows moved across the square and cars travelled backwards, creating the illusion of time moving forwards and backwards outside the windows.

Rather than separate installations, all these elements responded together, creating one connected experience that played with visitors’ perception of time.

A collage of textures and sensations for @deBijenkorf’s womenswear department in Amsterdam.

We brought contrasting materials together to create a tactile landscape. Soft upholstery meets metal, smooth surfaces sit alongside textured finishes, and sculptural forms reveal swirls of pink and green.

Each material takes on a different character through what sits beside it. The softness of a seat against its metal base. A smooth edge meeting a rough surface. These contrasts bring richness and tactility to the space, with careful attention to how materials meet.

A first glimpse of the material language behind the project. More from the completed space soon.

Inside an alpine expedition tent, the Blue Trail of the Beyond Performance exhibition recreated the world of the alpinists who shaped Moncler’s mountain heritage.

Wind moved through the space, flashes of light echoed distant storms, and archival garments and sleeping bags recalled the atmosphere of the 1952 K2 expedition.

What happens when a product comes back to the building that helped inspire it?

The story of Nike Air and @centrepompidou goes back to the origins of the Air Max 1. Inspired by the building’s inside-out architecture, Tinker Hatfield made its technology visible through the shoe’s exposed Air unit.

Nearly 40 years later, @nike returned to Centre Pompidou with Art of Victory.

We designed the exhibition as a journey through that relationship between visibility and innovation, from an immersive introduction, through an illuminated archive of Air technology, to a speculative vision of its future.

A project that brought Air back to one of the places where its story began.

How do you build an experience that is meant to feel almost effortless?

In spring 2025 in Paris, we installed an AI powered interactive pavilion for the launch of Glossier’s Fleur fragrance. Bringing together a soft spatial environment, projection, sound, light and an AI-driven interaction.

Behind the finished experience was a lot of testing and calibration: positioning the projection across the fabric surfaces, tuning the lighting, integrating the hidden sensors and making sure the different technical elements responded in the right sequence.

The aim was for all of that complexity to disappear once the doors opened. Visitors simply lifted the fragrance bottle, and the space responded around them.

How can colour shape the way we move through a space?

In collaboration with @debijenkorf we developed a colour palette for its womenswear department in Amsterdam: deep pink for fashion, soft pink for shoes and mint green for sneakers.

The palette extends across the floor, ceiling and fixtures, giving each area its own atmosphere within one connected landscape.

Materials add another layer: the same shade shifts across soft upholstery, textured surfaces and sculptural forms. Together, colour and material create recognisable places within the open floor, helping visitors find their way and inviting them to explore.

A closer look at our latest work for @Nike Mind 2.0 at House of Innovation Paris.

For the takeover, we developed the creative concept and spatial design around the connection between mind and body, and the moments before and after competition.

The physical environment was designed to slow the pace of the Arena, with custom fixtures and dedicated product tables bringing focus to the shoe and its sensory technology.

The creative direction also informed executions across other key cities.

How can a large department store feel intuitive without losing its sense of discovery?

For the redesign of de Bijenkorf’s womenswear department in Amsterdam, we used the building’s existing structural columns as the starting point for a series of architectural islands. Each island has its own function and material character, helping visitors navigate between fashion, shoes and sneakers while giving each area its own identity.

Colour and materiality shape the different zones, while sustainability informed choices around materials, durability, waste and disassembly.
The project is opening in phases, with the full department set to open beginning of November.

In close collaboration with @Moncler, we designed the Beyond Performance Exhibit, a multi-sensory journey translating Moncler’s performance heritage into space.

Coinciding with the Olympic Winter Games, the courtyard of Portrait Milano became an immersive alpine environment. From here, three distinct trails unfold, guiding visitors through an expedition across the brand’s history.
