WHAT I PURCHASE 🛒 VS. WHAT I MADE 🌱

There’s something powerful about being intentional with what you consume.

Not just what you eat — but what you allow into your body, your mind, your environment, and your everyday life.

For this meal, I picked up the ingredients and turned them into something completely my own: a fresh salad featuring lion’s mane mushrooms + a homemade Caesar dressing made from scratch.🥗✨

Restaration is about returning to self— and part of that return is learning to take care of the temple we’ve been given.

Sometimes restoration looks like slowing down enough to ask:

What am I consuming?
Why am I consuming it?
Does this nourish me?
Does this align with the way I want to feel?

It doesn’t have to be perfect. It’s about becoming more conscious of the choices we make and finding creative ways to pour back into ourselves.

Because what we create from what we consume matters.✮

And this is just one way I’m choosing to embody CREATIVITY • WELLNESS • TRANSFORMATION • EMPOWERMENT • COMMUNITY.

Feeling experimental and put Sardines in my @farmfreshtoyou wellness box and truly surprised my tastebuds 😋

As the name Sardines may seem unfamiliar/unappealing to those, this turned out better than I imagined.

The sardines were marinated in EVOO making them tender, and light. There was no overbearing fish odor or weird ingredients which I appreciated.

Using simple ingredients:

Spaghetti
Parmesan Garlic Basil Butter
Organic Grated parm (@farmfreshtoyou)
Wild Petite Sardines (@farmfreshtoyou
Cherry tomatoes (@farmfreshtoyou)
