Grateful for today’s beautiful experience at a holistic spiritual gathering 🌿

The space was incredible, the people were genuine, and the energy was vibrant and full of intention. The sea moss flowed, we meditated, and tapped into creativity through art — real healing, real connection.

Big thank you to the organizers and everyone involved in creating such a powerful environment for community, wellness, and growth.

Be sure to check out @lifegardeningtools — truly a special space doing meaningful work in the culture.

“Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it! Hosting my first wellness event under Restaration, setting intentions for 2025 with our Wellness Vision Board Event, was nothing short of magical. 🌟✨

Thank you to everyone who showed up, supported, and poured love into this space of community and unity.

A heartfelt thank you to Talia, our incredible sound bath healer, for creating a grounding and healing atmosphere, Shani, our talented photographer and greeter, for capturing these special moments, and Tonisha, our amazing host and journal prompt guide, who set the tone for meaningful reflection and connection.

This wouldn’t have been possible without your gifts, energy, and collaboration. 💚 I’m so thankful for the opportunities ahead and look forward to more moments of growth, transformation, and renewal together.

If you attended, DM me—I’d love to hear about your experience! Here’s to building a thriving, creative community—one event at a time. 🫶✨

In this video, you’ll see the start of a piece featuring @saniah.dance dancing to “Novacane” by Frank Ocean. I do not own the rights to this music.

I had the pleasure of attending @womensstrengthco Sprint Club 🤩

I enjoyed every aspect of being there from the accountability. I was provided to taking the class willingness to try something new and the adrenaline of joy I received from participating in the unknown.

I thank the two ladies that hosted the class for creating an intentional space and excited to see the progression that comes from this🩷🩷

Anything that annoys YOU is teaching you patience

Anyone who abandons YOU is teaching you got to stand on you own two feet

Anything YOU can’t control is teaching you how to let go

All in all the beauty of YOUR life is living it the way YOU’RE intended to. Show the world what you’re made of, show your art, spread your joy be the most authentic version of yourself 🫂⭐️🫶🏾

Something i’ve pulled from my notes and wanted to share with you ✨

“The most important thing you can do is live your life authentically. Everything else is secondary—a bonus. Embrace the experiences life offers, and let them guide you toward your true path. Trust in the process, knowing that each moment is a stepping stone to where you’re meant to be.”
