FACE CARD VALID - what better way to kick off Leo season than with a nourishing facial self-massage workshop led by the talented, educated and lovely @almamayo.facilist 🦁 ⁣

Alma joined our girl’s day and taught us the dynamics of our 43 facial muscles (43!!! Can you believe that ish?!). Some muscles need to relax, some need to build strength. And like all our muscles they give us the chance to slow down and honor alllllll the parts that make up our body. ⁣
⁣
Honoring my body continues to be one of the greatest challenges, and joys, of my life. And the irony seems to be that the more I grow in my practice, the more opportunities my body provides to take more care, and pay more attention! ⁣
⁣
Which is why I loved this workshop, and know it would be incredible to experience yourself, for yourself. ⁣
⁣
Alma showed us techniques and tools for each muscle group. And most importantly shared lots of ideas for how to make these exercises and movements part of our every day lives. A chance to turn an ordinary chore into a ritual?! Let’s go! ⁣
⁣
Alma also taught us how to treat our skin with intentional care. The natural, Portuguese products we used to cleanse, strengthen and protect our skin added a touch of luxury (Leo season!). I was instantly struck by the aromatherapy and medicine of woman-founded
@eaudemarie_naturalskincare. A beautiful reminder of how many gifts there are on this Earth to bring us closer to our internal beauty, power and grace. ⁣

As I get ready to press another floor up on the elevator of my life, I’m so grateful for this experience. To embrace this face, this body, this life. And on the good days, to CELEBRATE all of it. ⁣

I’ve lived in Lisbon for years, and thought I’d seen this city from every angle. I was wrong. 🤯 Dinner in the Sky just landed in Portugal, and what a thrillingly unconventional dining experience. ✨ @dinnerinthesky_portugal @dinnerinthesky_official

We were served welcome cocktails and amuse bouche on the ground, and soon, we were strapped into a chair, lifted 46-50 metres above by an impressive crane, and served a 3-course meal by a chef and a crew at the centre of a floating table.

No walls, no floor, just air, some adrenaline, and that Lisbon panorama around and beneath us.

Was I scared? Yes, genuinely. If there’s any evidence, I was holding hands with my dear friend Rebecca, who was there sharing this incredible experience.

But if there’s anything we learn in life, fear shouldn’t stop us from creating some of the greatest memories in our lives.

And above there in the sky, above the glorious Tagus river, that iconic bridge, that golden hour bathing Lisbon in such a glow, we created a memory that we will never forget.

22 seats, a crew that makes it all so effortless, and that majestic view of Lisbon that’s one for the ages.

Wining, dining and soaring in Lisbon skies make for such an unforgettable memory that we’re super grateful to tell the tale. This made us feel so alive. 🔥

Summer ‘25 Rewind: BOOM FESTIVAL 💥 40,000 people at a lake, sleeping on hills, showering under the sky — all to give themselves over to nonstop music, art, and vibes. You know your girl wasn’t gonna miss it!

To say this experience challenged me is a 𝘮𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦 understatement. To say it expanded me? Still doesn’t cover it. (Truthfully I’m not done processing, but also wanted this content on the feed 😂)

One thing that is crystal clear (as always): your crew co-creates your experience. So choose them wisely!

For the rest of my days, whenever my ego tries to convince me we’re failing at life (as it tried to do driving through the bush - can you imagine?), I’ll answer:

Fun Fact: for years I’ve dedicated and sang “Love on Top” to myself as an expression of self-love. So trust that I loooooost my mind to sing it with @beyonce and 50,000 of her biggest fans!

So many of Bey’s verses have been, and are, my hype squad. Because a true QUEEN knows she’s only as strong as her court, @beyonce is here to build us all up into the royalty we’re on this planet to be.

Speaking of QUEEN SHIT - Obviously being in Club Renaissance was an amazing way to see this show (#yolo!) but one aspect of the performance that really mesmerized me was how at different moments every seat in the house was the BEST seat in the house. This show is visually immaculate and clearly designed with every audience member’s experience in mind. And that just speaks volumes about Beyoncé’s commitment to providing value as a show-woman, and person - for EVERYone.

My gratitude continues to runneth over straight outta my eyeballs for the opportunity to have been at opening night of RENAISSANCE! And thanks to this experience, and the journey to get there, my sacred commitment to continue to put MY Love on Top also continues to runneth over.

Thank you Queen @beyonce , as you know: you’re 1 of 1, you’re #1, you’re the only 1 🐝
