We are back! Just in time for Irish nation's return to the outdoors, whether you're going to see Bon Jovi or Metallica this summer, drinking on the sideline at a junior B game, reliving your lost youth in a field, or simply just enjoying a drop at home we have the naggin for you.

The humble naggin (Irish slang for a 200ml bottle) is a core part of our business at Redacted. We aim to put the best possible whiskey in your hand at the best possible price.

Boann Distillery 5 Year Old
Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Forêt de Tronçais French Oak Cask

Distilled using a traditional single pot still mash bill (50% malted, 50% unmalted barley), this whiskey represents the revival of a quintessential Irish style, reinterpreted with precision and intent.

At just 5 years old, this is among the oldest liquid currently released from the distillery. A chance to get in on the ground floor at what's happening at Boann Distillery.

If you were lucky enough to get a bottle of this or have seen it in the wild you’ll know it stands out!

We bottled this 11 year old Single Malt from the Dingle Distillery and decided to get @loop_conspiracy in to do the label.

He really tapped into the “Other World” and highlights the time warp that is Dingle. Anyone who has ever said I’m only going for a night and stayed for 4… we hear you!

This weekend was the 4th annual South East Whiskey Festival, so we, as @redactedbottlers_ decided to give a sneak peek at our upcoming naggin release. We decided to do it in the naggins natural habitat, a car park.

€4 a head to get a preview of one of Ireland's most anticipated upcoming whiskey releases, bargain of the century.

The three stills of Dingle Distillery, traditional copper pot stills for a rich crafting a full-bodied Irish Single Malt whiskey.

As side from the stills they have 1 wooden mash tun and 5 wooden fermenters.

Cowman was even out working, cleaning the gaff, while Ronan drank and had a photo shoot. Classic.

This is Finn. He runs @dickmackspub in Dingle.

Michael and Ronan have spent more days (and nights) than they can count in Dingle, usually sleeping above Dick Mack’s, firmly convinced they’re part of the furniture… even if no one else agrees.

Finn is the real force behind it all and we’re incredibly proud to have brought this whiskey to life with him.

Our third release was a collaboration with the wonderful @dickmackspub

We bottled an 11 year old Single Malt from the Dingle Distillery.

Dingle Distillery was the first privately owned distillery in Ireland to open in over 150 years. Founded in 2012 by three friends with a background in craft beer, it was established to bring back a focus on small-batch, artisan distilling and hand-crafted maturation.
