*Redacted Until...* 5.30pm on 17th October, when Navan Whiskey Festival welcomes Redacted Independent Bottlers to Jackal for a tasting where secrets will be revealed… Join us as we get to know the people and the ideas behind Redacted, one of the most exciting new names in Irish independent bottling, and discover what goes into finding, selecting and bottling exceptional Irish whiskey. Over the course of the tasting, we’ll explore three Redacted whiskeys, hearing the philosophy behind the whiskey, the brand and what it takes to run a company on a shoestring in a world of global giants. The final whiskey comes with a difference. Guests will be treated to an exclusive preview of Redacted’s top-secret upcoming release, still under wraps and not yet available to the public. We can’t tell you where it comes from. We can’t tell you exactly what it is. But we can tell you that you’ll be among the very first people in the world to taste it. Trust us, this will not be your average tasting. It’s Redacted... for now. Ticket details coming soon. Very soon… Navan Whiskey Festival 15th–18th October 2026

Happy Frankenstein Day! August 30th is Mary Shelley's birthday and the IWSA celebrates by drinking Irish Whiskey. But not just any whiskeys, these expressions embrace the creativity, innovation, and/or boldness of Dr. Frankenstein. Blending complex parts and multitudes of casks makes these whiskeys worthy of a tasting event Mary Shelley would enjoy. Read more in our BIO PROFILE LINK #frankensteinday #irishwhiskeytastinglineups

If this looks like a @potstillwhiskey photoshoot album...it's because it probably is.🤣 Lovely spin out to visit @theislandbarwex with some of the @wexford_spirit_guides heads the other day, with a stop or two on the way.. Thanks to @dennisbreen for all the organising with @w_mscisz & Willie! Great to catch up and have a few sups. (Not all sups are pictured, I was too busy yapping...quelle surprise! 😅) Finished the night with a song and a sup in @marysbarwexford

What a dram that was💥(thankfully a bought 2😉) . . The guys from @redactedbottlers_ with another amazing release! . 5 year old Boann Single Pot Still aged in a Foret de Troncais French Oak Cask. ABV-42.5% On the nose, for me, poached apple/pear, butter dark chocolate/coffee and a light caramel sweetness. The palate is just bursting with flavour! A lovely spice with more stewed apple notes coming through and the finish is smashing!! The tannins coming from the oak cask really shines through! Amazing!! . . The almost true story of when a man pushes an animal too far. Have you ever wondered how a whiskey company gets up and running? Well this will probably answer very few of your questions. Is it a real movie? Maybe. The whiskey is real though, and available from the link in the bio.

I think this should be our signature serve, @whiskey4breakfast fundamentally disagrees. What would you call this combination? The Monster Mash? The Redacter? That Naggin feeling?
