The one who enters the shop, has to say hi to everybody, shake every hand, then distract your barber mid-cut with something on his phone...

But not whether you've been treating the airport lounge like an all-inclusive resort.

Have you noticed, or is it just me... California has the best donuts?

Maybe it's because so many come from family-run mom-and-pop shops, not giant chains. If you've seen the documentary The Donut King, you know the incredible role Cambodian families played in shaping California's donut culture, alongside many Vietnamese-owned shops that became neighborhood staples.

Maybe that's why California donuts hit differently. Every pink box comes with a story.

Still smiling about this one.

Booking this Chili’s campaign felt special for a lot of reasons. Not just because I got to work alongside Lizzo, but because moments like this remind me how much all the years of training, auditions, classes, rejection, growth, and persistence actually matter. Huge thank you to Chili’s for selecting me to be part of this campaign.

One thing I kept thinking about on set was how much my favorite improv teacher, Lillian Lehman, continues to serve me in this work even after all these years. So much of what I brought into this job came from lessons I learned from her — staying present, listening, trusting impulses, and committing fully. That foundation really stays with you.

And being around the incredibly talented dancers from LA was genuinely inspiring. Watching their artistry, discipline, and energy up close reminded me how much I miss dance sometimes, while also making me excited knowing the future is in such good hands. Their passion was contagious.

Also, a huge shoutout to my agent and especially to my booker Jona. I really want to acknowledge how hard he works for me daily behind the scenes. The calls, emails, follow-ups, submissions, advocacy, encouragement — that work matters, and I don’t take it for granted. I feel incredibly supported, and I’m deeply grateful.

Grateful for every opportunity.
Can’t wait for more.

Have you noticed — or is it just me? Cities that shut down their streets to cars for a few hours somehow have the hottest people. CDMX with ciclotón, Bogotá with ciclovía… suddenly the roads are full of people biking, running, skating, walking, flirting, thriving. Something about seeing a city belong to people for a minute just hits different.

CDMX lines really create imaginary scarcity. The longer the line, the more people assume it’s about to be life changing. Like they’re waiting for a spiritual experience instead of a torta de chilaquiles.

Meanwhile, two blocks away there’s a better stand, not in Condesa, with actual seating, fresh orange juice, and no line at all.

You’ll thank me later.

Have you noticed… or is it just me?

The United States always wants the best products from Mexico.

First it was the tacos.
Then the Caesar salad.
Mexican Beer.
Mexican Coca-Cola.
Chips.
Aguacates.
Now Electrolit too.

But the second these products cross into the U.S… somehow they don’t taste the same anymore.

Different recipe.
Different ingredients.
Higher price.

Mexico version:
better flavor, colder somehow, and half the price.

U.S. version:
“imported” with a quality downgrade and a more than double the price markup.

At this point if I see something in the US that says “Made in Mexico,” I already know what to expect.

Have you noticed — or is it just me?

The second the plane stops, people in row 32 start fighting for their lives to get into the aisle. Standing there hunched over with their backpack on for 15 minutes… meanwhile the flight attendant hasn’t even called their row yet and nobody in front of them has moved an inch.
