✅ Malasan: sit in this asan for 2-5 minutes and start moving the knees in and out as shown in the video. This will keep your hip joint flexible,enhance reproductive health,no knee pain and improves digestion 

✅Dand: It strengthens arms,shoulders and core which allows you to do multiple challenging tasks in your daily routine 

✅Vajrasan sit-ups: That’s how we get up while practising yoga! Many of the yoga students are familiar to this practice. Sit in Vajrasan and get up without touching the floor repeat 10 times. This practice strengthens core,knee and ankles. Which gives you freedom to lift heavy weights,climb stairs and run
