2025 was a harddd year, filled with immense pain and tears I never saw coming. I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and most days felt unbearable. But through the pain, I chose to savor every painless moment i had, to truly live in those fleeting breaths of ease.

This year taught me to appreciate my health and body like never before. It pushed me back to working out, meditating, and practicing yoga. I started reconnecting with myself in ways I’d lost. What started as a painful struggle turned into a healing journey, one step at a time.

I lost a friend, grew closer to another, and over the years, some friendships faded while new ones blossomed that aligned with my authentic self.

Also, fun fact: I only drink 3-4 times a year, so most of these clips? From 1-2 epic rave nights! 🎉😂

I’m so eager for this summer to run again, to move freely without pain, and to embrace life fully.

Wishing everyone good health in the coming year, because truly, there’s nothing more valuable than that. Here’s to healing, growth, and finding joy even in the hardest chapters. 💙✨

70% of bees in America have died 🐝💔
I used to think any flower would help, but bees need specific ones for nectar + pollen.
It’s not perfect, but I’m learning and planting what I can — honeysticks, lavender, milkweed, sunflowers next!
No pesticides. Just purpose.
