Apparently “add more weight” meant my Treignor. 😂 Thank you, @madmarieson I joined @treigned because I wanted to get stronger, but I stayed because of the people. @treigned Strong looks different at every stage of life. Yesterday was upper body at Treigned, and I left feeling grateful—not just for the workout, but for what my body is still capable of. Yesterday was one of those days where my schedule was packed from start to finish. I squeezed in a workout at Treigned before filming around Marietta and heading to the World Cup.
