🔑 Quick Feet Cheat Code:

The lighter and faster your feet, the more dangerous your movement.

1. Start with Position:
• Athletic stance — knees bent, chest up, weight on balls of feet.

2. Anchor Drill:
• Line Hops (front-back or side-to-side) – 10 seconds x 3
Fast as possible. Rest 20 sec between.

3. Pattern Drill:
• 2-In / 2-Out Ladder Drill (or imaginary ladder) – 3 rounds
Focus on rhythm and quick contacts.

4. Chaos Drill:
• Partner Clap or Call = React with 3 seconds of max-speed feet
Simulates game-time reaction.

5. Bonus Cheat:
• Add a jump rope finisher – 30 sec work / 15 sec rest x 4
