Strong looks different at every stage of life.

Yesterday was upper body at Treigned, and I left feeling grateful—not just for the workout, but for what my body is still capable of.

Strength is something I want to keep building for the rest of my life. Every class is a reminder that showing up consistently is what really adds up.

One workout won’t change everything, but choosing to come back again and again just might.

Come with me to Treigned, but if I got to name the moves: Every workout has a personality. 😂

✨ The “You Made It” (because showing up is the biggest win.)
🫠 The “Oh My Quads” (the one that looks easy… until it absolutely isn’t.)
🤏 The “Microdose a Lunge” (just a tiny little lunge… allegedly.)
🦮The “cmon Sams” (attempting to move my 90lb Labrador.)
🚧 The “Obstacle Course” (Coach Madison always finds a way to make us laugh while making us work.)

Somehow, these workouts have gone from something I had to convince myself to do… to something that’s just part of my routine.

And after years of movement not feeling right, that’s a pretty great feeling.

Weekday started off paying my health first @treigned. Then product swaps with @thereadingattic (my girlfriend @mosiergirl won their raffle!) and sharing new @drinkgooddays flavors and tshirts with @merryinmarietta. Shipped off my journals at post office, dropped off @nuuly and then shopping @publix. Spent afternoon on work and personal caregiving calls. Dinner at home (@jacob.miller315 loves my #ditl reels 😆) and worked on my needlepoint mahjong coasters. Good mix of productivity and #selfcare.

Yesterday was one of those days where my schedule was packed from start to finish. I squeezed in a workout at Treigned before filming around Marietta and heading to the World Cup.
