RESTORATIVE PILATES: Feet our Foundation Welcome to Restorative Pilates❣️ In this week's class we will be doing a foot workshop. Releasing, strengthening and developing awareness of our feet and how that relates to our alignment. Between shoes and a concrete filled world, supporting our bodies and providing stability & balance, we need to give a little time and love to our fabulous feet👣❣️ A Pilates pinky ball, sharpie pen (or something similar) and a thick rubber band (like the ones on broccoli & veggies) will be our primary props for today.
