Feeling grateful for a fun day frolicking with friends in sunny Marin.Finally got to see some of our round robin quilts at the historic Petaluma Museum Library with Michelle and her daughter. So good to catch up❣️Swung by Sausalito on the way home to visit with Alex. Beautiful views, Flynn Creek circus tents amid a meadow filled with hundreds of dragonflies, weird alien lemons, yummy food and lots of giggles. RESTORATIVE PILATES: Feet our FoundationWelcome to Restorative Pilates❣️In this week's class we will be doing a foot workshop. Releasing, strengthening and developing awareness of our feet and how that relates to our alignment.
