What a wonderful week with such great friends that we hadn’t seen in 9 years. We wish @yotenille & fam still lived in the Bronx so our kids could grow up together. But still happy to know that nothing has changed. We are all still our silly selves whether playing with the #diabolo , billdings or puzzling! Happy we all got to also see the #gorillaz together. Thank you for celebrating my birthday with me! It’s been an epic few days or weeks of just celebrating. I used to stress about my birthday about getting older and now I’m just grateful. Thanks @emilynbrodsky for taking me to the #earlybird #danceparty . Thanks @kennis115 for for having the coolest birthday party and friends ( what an epic weekend) Thanks to my Fronda @kimpact who loves bugs and the rest of nature as much as me. And of course to @dansparentshouse & my kiddos Thora & Waverly who held down the fort while I got a 2 week reset in Greece.

Last day in #athens I trekked out to see the #shadowpuppet museum . It was well worth the journey. The #acropolis was breathtaking especially the view of the city below. Also went to both the National Archeological Museum & Acropolis Museum to and said hi to all the mythological beasts and 2000 yr old sculptures. Next stop Amorgos. taken in Athens, Greece by @reinamiabrill

I made it to #athens and have been touring the city. Of course making friends with all the local cats. Hitting all the #fleamarket s. Not finding what I collect but I LOVE seeing dealers in other countries + the piles of junk they all stack floor to ceiling. And any vintage store I can find. Also got to stand between Socrates & Confucius in the #ancientagora and seeing toys from the 4th century it’s absolutely AMAZING! taken in Athens by @reinamiabrill

Grow #nativeflowers ! The gutting of our our front yard and replacing it with majority #nativeplants has brought my family and my block endless joy. Everyday I see a new bloom or a new flying #pollinator that brings a smile to my face and gets me to slow down and appreciate. A Day @dansparentshouse & I will never forget. Starting with the 5am ferry. And getting penned in with 1000s of #knicksfans for close to 4 hours. We were hungry so we cheered for bagels to be thrown from open windows. We were bored so we played with inflatables and played silly word & trivia games with strangers that we were shoulder to shoulder with. And as a short person I wish all the players were on double decker buses like Chris Rock. It still was a very magical day. I truly LOVE my City. #newyorkcity made me very proud today!

Thank you to everyone who has always encouraged me to #bike ! Shout out to @bxgirlbikegang for pushing me out of my comfort zone! To @jledee_ who is a beast on wheels and I endlessly bow down to her. And to @aslongasyoupedal who is such a positive force for the biking community! To my hubby @dansparentshouse who finished his 5th tour with me yesterday.
And thanks to everyone who help me complete my fundraising for @futuresignite !

From Margate, England visiting my fabulous cousins to Lille, France. Where we are staying with our customers @jiem.folklines & @marylimonade 2 talented artists who graciously told us to come and visit and we said YES!
We’re all having great time! Eating in the Bus Cafe, Hot cross buns, Shell Grotto and the Amazing @thismuseumisnotobsolete with the #furby organ and all the crazy sounds. Hammering out #fossils by the North Sea. And now enjoying the beautiful architecture of Lille and the coolest collections in our friends’ home.
