less than a year ago, a very cute pilates studio opened up in my neighborhood. i took a reformer class, kinda liked it. i took a few more, started to really get into it and loved it so much that i signed up for my first retreat. i didn’t know anyone except for my instructor @jenniferdarlin. it turned out to be one of the most transformative experiences. waking up every morning to a pilates class and ending it with a yoga moment is truly special.
thank you @pearlmovementstudio 💞
