I am a MARATHONER. The 1%. That’s so tight.

Thank you to @girlgangcrazy for turning this dancing ChaCha into a running ChaCha- it started off as an idea, a way to keep me busy post tour. Then the late runs and early morning runs dictated my life- how I eat, how I sleep, how I move. This was one of the HARDEST things I’ve ever done before and I couldn’t have done it without the community of people I have cheering me on, LOUDLY!

4 years ago I decided I wanted to curate spaces across the world to bring movement to. 4 months ago I was on crutches with my worse injury to date. 4 weeks ago I was emotionally distressed with life responsibilities while still trying to heal physically.

2 days ago I hosted my first Pop Out in Chicago. I’m so proud of myself and so grateful for my community. I can only pour because I get poured into so much. Thank you @ariannaakj @kimmyykat @baybeereva @k_cinique @thruthelinds @naiquimacabroad and to our hosting studio @the.sol.room for being the kindest humans and of course our collaborators @beis for gifting us thee best duffle there is

NEXT STOP: 📍Los Angeles

I really can’t believe I am saying this BUT….

I am collaborating with @beis for a very ULTRA special POP OUT ™️ in CHICAGO!!!! Come move with me, laugh with me and take all the photos for this super special class.

This is the first city that welcomed my mom, a beautiful immigrant gyal from Belize. Before my story even started, Chicago was apart of it. Let’s CUT UP!!! Link in bio to register

NIKE-anniversary. From the stage to the gym and back to the stage.

I’ve met some of my new favorite people these past 3 years. From coast to coast- It’s been a journey and to say I’ve done it alone would be CRAZY. My face may be in these photos but I’m only able to do what I do because of the MANY MANY MANY faces behind these photos. From the late night chats with ideas, to cleaning up post events- the sweat, the tears and more sweat… swoosh gang gang . Cheers to more years , I love ya’ll so freaking much. Thank you for being apart of my community ⚡️
