I mixed 27, 30, & 613 for the perfect Fall Blonde. Very warm, the red undertones from the 30 truly gave it some spice. One thing about my girl @reneechacha shes gonna mix it up & we’re gonna have a good time!!💁🏽‍♀️

There’s something special about watching a friend bring a vision to life.

I had the honor of helping capture a little piece of what @__nitfit has created with @herhauswellness

A women’s wellness studio centered around strength, Pilates, recovery, and community.

But this moment is bigger than a beautiful space.

Nita is my friend, my Divine Nine sister, my Nike sister, and someone who has consistently shown up for me and for so many people in ways that are hard to put into words. She’s a mom, a leader, a coach, and a woman who pours into others.

So watching her create a space that will do the same for other women feels extra special.

The work is focused. The coaching is personal. The feeling is yours.

Her Haus officially opens its doors this Sunday.

Things I do for my nervous system health to reclaim and expand my capacity. 🏙️❤️

There is something so deeply comforting about being in a Black owned studio surrounded by the collective energy of amazing Black women that just brings out the best in you . Safe spaces support regulated nervous systems. 🥹✨
Huge gratitude to @__nitfit, @coachzha , @reneechacha & @traphausfit for the empowering workout experience <3

Can’t wait to share more nervous system nourishing experiences with you all. 🏙️
