CASTING CALL: Do you know a HOMETOWN HERO who is dedicated to protecting and serving their community and advocates for animal rescue and adoption as well? Our signature adoption benefit event, Rescue the Runway, recognizes the important link between animal welfare and human welfare. We celebrate these selfless individuals at each production by asking them to escort our adoptable dogs down the runway and help them find their forever homes. The men and women who work as police officers, firefighters, EMTS, active military, veterans and other community leaders set a vital example and we are honored to work alongside them. We are casting for our 4rth annual NYC production on SEPTEMBER 24, 2016!

@mrbonesandco Little Elsa just had a bath and knows there are only good things for this teacup pittie from now on. A tough beginning for her and sister Anna, they are timid and a bit afraid of people when separated but are finding strength, peace and play in each other! #rescueisthenewblack #rescuetherunway #mbc #mrbones by @rescuetherunway
