Flashback Friday 2012 Did this action commercial in New York City for workout series Fitness Fusion.
Did all my own stunts and fight scenes. Filmed from a subway to the top of a building. What a cool experience I will never forget. Even coaches need coaches.

Today I trained in person with my coach @richtuma @76libertyfitness
and it reminded me why having guidance matters.

Could I write my own workouts? Absolutely.

But my coach sees what I can’t. He pushes me when I’m holding back, helps me back off when I’m doing too much, and keeps me focused on what matters most.

Progress over perfection.

No matter how much experience you have, it’s hard to be objective about your own training.

Having someone in your corner provides accountability, feedback, and a plan that removes the guesswork.

I’ve been coaching for decades, but I still invest in coaching because growth doesn’t stop when you become the expert.

The strongest athletes I know never stop learning, improving, and seeking guidance.

That’s what keeps them moving forward.

Rest in Peace @billgrant.life you were a piece of @76libertyfitness and inspired all of us these last 10 years. There is not one person I know that loved the gym more than Bill. He would spend 4 to 5 hrs a day training, talking with people and having fun in the gym environment. You brought a positive light to our gym and influenced many people. You were a great trainer, friend and family. So many memories here and we have so many videos we will share on our page. It’s been hard to think you will no longer be here but your legacy will always live on. We will be celebrating your life here soon the way you would want it with your pictures and music. Everyone here has memories and stories to share about Bill. Here are a few clips of Bill from present to past. It’s hard to look through these because it hurts inside the thought you’re no longer here but know you’re not suffering. You fought a good fight and you’re a warrior.
