Diapers & Dumbbells

A baby, big goals, and a lot of hard days in between. Motherhood didn’t end my dream, it just changed the way I fight for it. This series shows the real side of rebuilding after pregnancy while still chasing what I love.
The work, the discipline, the moments no one sees.

So with diapers in one hand and dumbbells in the other, we’re not done yet🧸❤️

Full series coming to YouTube, hope to see you there🤍

There’s nothing like the feeling of being where I’m meant to be, under those lights, in my element, fully alive.
The stage feels like home. Every bit of fire, grace, and grit was poured into this moment. I will be closing off this season in another post but I had to share these shots with you guys🙏🏼❤️
Thank you to my guy lance for capturing these photos📸 | @lancecalfe |

Under the lights, faith turned into focus.
I asked God for growth and he gave me pressure. The nerves were there but so was the peace. The kind that only comes when you know how much you’ve poured into the process. Every time I thought I was breaking, he was building. It took a village to bring this vision to life.

My coach, you guided me with precision, patience, and heart, I couldn’t have asked for better. To everyone who supported, hyped, or prayed for me along the way, your energy carried me through this entire thing.
LETS DO THIS AGAIN 11/8👀

That’s a wrap on my figure competition season 💃🏽

What started as signing up for one show turned into four! With each one, I learned something new. Every prep, every stage, every moment taught me lessons I didn’t even know I needed. But my final show… that one taught me the most.

It taught me to have grace with myself, to understand that perfection isn’t the goal, growth is. That sometimes you have to make sacrifices, but in doing so, you discover what you’re truly capable of.

This season wasn’t just about competing. I did it for my babies! I want them to know what it means to set goals and go after your dreams, even when the hardest things seem impossible

Another huge thank you to my coach, @richtuma. Your guidance throughout this journey has been nothing short of exceptional. Your expertise, encouragement have elevated me as both an athlete and an individual

Grateful to my posing coaches, @sassyandclassyposing and @ifbb_tammie.ellis, for making me feel confident and stage ready every time.

Shoutout to @muscledazzlebikinis and @flexibella.couture your beautiful designs made every stage moment unforgettable.

Thank you to my family and friends for your endless love, support, and encouragement throughout this competition season. Your belief in me has meant everything

And finally, the biggest thank you to @tyler_quinn9 for being my motivation, and my reality check all in one. You didn’t miss a single show and stayed by my side every step of the way, supporting me through it all. I can’t thank you enough for peeling my hard boiled eggs when I was in need and giving me the best spray tan at my last show, you deserve a medal. There’s no one else I’d rather have by my side through this journey.

Cheers! To closing it out for the season and onto growing and learning. by @teamrtn1

Proud of my client @bodybyfran competing yesterday
@npc.tres @carolinanpc after a 11 year layoff came back in her best shape ever to place
1st Place in Masters Bikini +45 (First ever win)
4th Place Open Bikini Division (respectable top 5)

Fran is 57 yrs old & lives the fitness lifestyle and is a professional Fit Pole competitor. She has also competed in figure and did a comeback in bikini. Fran proves age is just a number and we made adjustments around some foods that work with her and the correct macros to get her in stage conditioning. There was no extreme depletion or water starving all done in a healthy approach to get in best shape.
Fran is also a wife, mother, grand mother as well. She is trainer/coach and has worked with me at my studio before she moved to Carolina’s. She is a social media influencer and has some great content so follow her for some motivation.
Once again Great job Fran and proud of all your hard work and dedication!!!! by @teamrtn1
