Nagano City, the charming capital of Nagano Prefecture in Japan, is a delightful place nestled in the mountains at an altitude of 371.4 meters. Surrounded by stunning peaks like Mount Takatsuma and near the confluence of Japan’s longest rivers, the city is both beautiful and serene. We instantly fell in love with Nagano’s warm, welcoming people, its incredibly clean streets, and its adorable, tranquil atmosphere. It’s a city that captures your heart with its natural beauty and genuine hospitality. We had a car and driving around the countryside was unforgettable 🥹

I will be doing a separate post for Snow Monkeys as this experience was so beautiful and I would love to share my special moments with you all 🤍

Some places leave footprints on your heart… and for me, Scotland will always be one of them 🤍

After many years away, it was incredibly special to return and even more special to share the experience with Donna. My mum was from Stirling, and as a child I spent so much time there, creating memories I’ll treasure forever.

Walking those same streets again brought back so many emotions and reminded me why Scotland has always felt like my spiritual home. ☺️🏰

From the beauty of Stirling to exploring the historic streets of Edinburgh, then driving through the breathtaking mountains and peaceful lochs… every moment was unforgettable. 😍

Scotland, thank you for the memories old and new. We’ll definitely be back again very soon. 💙✨

From the vibrant energy of Marrakesh to the spectacular Atlas Mountains in Imlil, our Moroccan adventure continued! Next up was the stunning coastal town of Essaouira, just a 2hr45 drive away, where historic streets, fresh sea air, and beautiful Atlantic views were enjoyed 😎 ☀️ 🏖️

Essaouira is a port city and resort on Morocco’s Atlantic coast. Its medina (old town) is protected by 18th-century seafront ramparts called the Skala de la Kasbah, which were designed by European engineers. Old brass cannons line the walls, and there are ocean views. Strong “Alizée” trade winds make the city’s crescent beach popular for surfing, windsurfing and kitesurfing 🇲🇦🌊

Time for some trekking and some breathtaking scenery….An unforgettable few days in Imlil, Atlas Mountains. We hiked, ate and meet the most amazing people. From snow-capped mountains, valleys, waterfalls, tiny Berber villages, and mountain vibes that made us slow down and appreciate everything around us 🥰

Imlil is a small mountain village and the gateway to Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa. Known for its warm hospitality, stunning hiking trails, and traditional Berber culture. Every view was unreal
